1. What this is

Simpler Than offers free tools that work on your files inside your browser. By using the site you agree to these terms.

2. Your files

You keep all rights in your files. We never receive them. You are responsible for having the right to change the files you use, and for keeping your originals. Do not use the tools to remove protections you are not entitled to remove.

3. No warranty

The tools are provided as they are. We work to make them correct, but we do not promise that every file will be processed without loss, that a result will suit your purpose, or that the site will always be available. Check results before relying on them.

4. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Deadroom Ventures LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to USD 100. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

5. Acceptable use

Do not attack, overload or reverse-engineer the site's hosting, or use it to break the law.

6. Open source

The site includes open source software under its own licences, listed in licenses.txt.

7. Changes, law and contact
